Importance and Benefits of Vitamin D for Skin Care
There are many importance and benefits of Vitamin D for skin care that many do not know. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and a powerful antioxidant that helps to prevent skin pigmentation. Vitamin D exists in several forms and one of the more active one is the Calciferol (or better known as vitamin D3) which once consumed, the liver and kidney will act on the vitamin and convert to its active form.
